The olfactory family is spiced, fresh, woody, amber scented.
The fragrance filtration system is particularly refined. After maceration, instead of the usual paper filter, we filtered with diatomaceous earth.
This valuable system is used in oenology for the filtration of wine and therefore it complies with food grade standards. It does not leave deposits, residues or other impurities and, above all, it does not alter odors, while boasting a very high degree of filtration.
Ginger and pink pepper can give an opalescent effect that demonstrates their natural origin.
We also used ethyl alcohol obtained from molasses as it is less pungent than that from sugar cane, therefore more respectful of the olfactory footprint of the fragrance.
